With over 13 years of history, the Areni Wine Festival has become a key event in Armenia’s international tourism scene. Unlike festivals in Yerevan, this one is dedicated to promoting Areni village — known as the cradle of Armenian winemaking — and supporting its local development.
The festival features several unique zones:
Homemade Wine Zone – Local residents from Areni and neighboring villages showcase their homemade wines and traditional dishes.
Production Area & Food Zone – Over 100 varieties of Armenian wines will be presented by professional winemakers, paired with delicious offerings from traditional Armenian restaurants.
Music Zone – Enjoy live performances and a festive atmosphere filled with high-quality music.
🎟 Admission is free, but tasting requires a special package, available for purchase at 5,000 AMD.
Don’t miss this chance to experience authentic Armenian wine culture in the heart of its origin!
